2. Project Terms: All projects begin only after receiving written confirmation and the initial agreed payment. Clients must provide complete information, content, and necessary access (such as hosting, ad account, or domain) for the project to be executed.
Delay in providing materials or approvals may extend project timelines.
Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be subject to extra charges.

3. Payments & Refund Policy Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoices. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once the work has started. In case of project cancellation before commencement, a partial refund (after deducting administrative costs) may be issued at Dizitify’s discretion. Dizitify reserves the right to pause or terminate work in case of delayed payments.

4. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to the final website design, content, or creative deliverables. However, Dizitify retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any software, plugins, or third-party tools used remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Advertising & SEO Results Dizitify aims to provide the best marketing outcomes, but results may vary depending on several factors like competition, budget, algorithm changes, and audience behavior. We do not guarantee specific rankings, conversions, or sales outcomes from SEO or ad campaigns.6. Confidentiality All client information, business data, and marketing strategies shared with Dizitify will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability Dizitify is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

8. Third-Party Links Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
